Maple Holistics Tea Tree Shampoo-An effective yet gentle hair care product

Sponsored Content

Well, it’s been two weeks since I began using this Maple Holistics Tea Tree shampoo. I can say that I am not disappointed by it.

As I mentioned in a prior post I contacted Maple Hoistics and asked if they collaborated with bloggers well I was in luck they do. You can read the full post here.  I was sent this free full-size product for review and testing purposes.

As I’ve also shared in a few previous posts I’m tiring to be more eco friend and use the more natural product. This was my first time using a Tea Tree shampoo. I use the oil before in a homemade natural cleaner. So this would be a new experience for me

As you can see once the cap is removed it is sealed with plastic

The shampoo itself is a milky color the consistency is good it’s not too thick or too runny. This may have been due to the weather.

According to the directions, you use a quarter sized amount of shampoo. I will say that after I opened the bottle you do notice the Tea Tree scent. It isn’t overwhelming or too pungent but it is noticeable.

The shampoo also has rosemary and lavender in it as well. In terms of lather, it worked like any general commercial shampoo. I did notice that it didn’t seem to strip my hair like other shampoos can.

it worked well and rinsed well. The product does suggest you use warm water to wash your hair with. It also suggests you not blow dry your hair right after you exit the shower. They suggest you wait for 5 to 10 minutes before blow drying your hair.

So are I have been very happy with the product. The Tea Tree scent dissipates quickly and you are left with softer hair. I have used it alone and in combination with my regular name brand conditioner.

Like with any new hair care product you will need time to adjust to it. I didn’t have any adverse reactions such as burning scalp, itchy skin or anything similar. The Tea Tree scent is prominent but as I mentioned it doesn’t linger long.

Here’s a list of the ingredients from Maple Holistics

Aqua, Jojoba Oil, Botanical Keratin, Argan Oil, Tea Tree Oil, Lavender Oil, Rosemary Oil.

This is the ingredient list on the bottle

All in all, I liked this product. It left my hair softer and shinier. I will post a video shortly sharing more.
