Do you have a pet or pets? If so there are a few communities you may want to check out. These communities may require some tasks or activities to be performed there. Many are pretty straightforward and offer social shares and other community options.
each community is different
Like with any website each community has its own rules and guidelines. some may not always offer free products. While others may have a wide range of offers.
Always read all of the information before joining to make sure you can fulfill all of the required duties of these communities.
Common community duties or activities
All of these communities may have tasks or general activities they send out for their users. Some may include surveys, community posts, questions that need to be answered, or even select missions.
You may also be asked to share certain material socially. These are usually pretty common stuff among many communities.
Other requirements
Some communities may have missions where you are selected to try certain products and share your opinion (review) about them on selected websites.
Others may just have surveys for you to fill out periodically to see if you qualify for an upcoming testing opportunity.
You may not always get something
Some communities are very selective when it comes to sending out free samples or they may have criteria they need to meet. So just because you fill out a form or survey for a free product offer doesn’t always guarantee you something.
Now that I got this out of the way let’s go onto the communities.
Communities list
These communities are open to all pet owners (unless otherwise noted.) They are also open to US residents.
Furbuddies
Furbuddies is a community I joined recently. It’s partnered with Purina pet food. So far I’ve lucked out and been selected for at least 3 free pet food offers. So my cats have been happy.
This was a recent mission offer.
Please note that you will be required to post a product review but all of that is explained in the mission offer. Furbuddies community is open to dog and cat owners.
Hartz Insiders
Hartz is open to pet owners in the US. I think they may offer more opportunities or a wide array of pets.
They have some community surveys and special offers for free pet product samples. Sophie was able to get some pet treats before.
As with the previous community you may be asked to write a product review or share your opinions on products.
Kitty Krew (cats)
Kitty Krew is part of Arm and Hammer. They have a great community for cat owners. They offer activities, coupon offers, and even special offers or product testing opportunities. They also have contests and other forum activities from time to time as well.
I’ve been a member for a few years and have been sent some great products. I’ve been able to test litter, been sent a bandanna, and I even got a free cat charm for a bracelet.
Some activities or sampling offers may require social shares, product reviews or a community review post.
Pet safe community
The Petsafe community is different. They offer surveys so they aren’t really a community so to speak but they do have possible product testing offers. They also enter you into a gift card drawing when you complete select surveys.
This community is open to cat and dog owners in the US.
Other options
There are two other sites you may want to check out for possible free stuff.
blue buffalo
Blue Buffalo has a pet-parent community. You can learn more by visiting the link provided. But you will be asked to input your cell phone number.
ripple street
Ripple street is a community that has a variety of products you can apply to try. I was able to try some cat food earlier this year. Some offers may be only available in select areas.
I hope this post is helpful. If you know of any other pet communities let me know I’ll be happy to add them to the list.
