Updated 3/15/2023 to include a video review.
Back in January, I was selected to test a line of products from Garnier Fructis. I was a bit excited but also a bit worried. My past experience with this brand has mixed results.
I tried the sleek and shine products and my hair ended up being dry and a bit stripped. So when I saw the products I was going to get I perked up a bit.
The products
I was sent 3 products in total. The entire Pure Moisture collection (currently).
I was sent the following products:
- Garnier Fructis Pure moisture shampoo
- Garnier Fructis Pure moisture conditioner
- Garnier Fructis 10 in 1 leave-in treatment spray
Pure moisture shampoo

The shampoo is formulated for dry scalp and hair. it can give you up to 72 hours of moisture. It also contains hyaluronic acid and cucumber.

User experience
Overall the Pure Moisture shampoo and conditioner worked well. The shampoo is clear and gives you a nice lather. It doesn’t strip your hair or leave it feeling oily or greasy.
The conditioner is a bit thick so it helps coat the hair but doesn’t leave it oily. It rinses well and leaves your hair feeling hydrated.
The 10-in-1 treatment spray can be used on dry or wet hair. I used it on both.
I spray my scalp after I get out of the shower. I massage the product into the scalp and let it dry. For dry hair, I just misted my hair and lightly fluffed it up.
I liked that the products didn’t cause any adverse issues. My hair was moisturized but not weighted down. I found that the 10-in-1 spray enhanced my waves. The collection as a whole fit my hair care needs.
I didn’t have any real cons. The shampoo lathers well and rinses clean. The conditioner clings to the hair but doesn’t leave your hair. It helps hydrate the hair even after rinsing.
My hair felt softer and more nourished after the first wash. With continued use, the results haven’t changed.
The mist is easy to use and has a wide spray pattern. I’ve noticed my hair is more manageable and I haven’t had as many tangles.

Final thoughts and where to buy
Final thoughts
This user experience restored my faith in Garnier Fructis. The Pure Moisture collection is great. It does what it claims and it does it well. I didn’t have any adverse reactions or scalp irritation. The products didn’t weigh down my hair or leave it feeling oily.
It hydrated my dry hair well. I found that a small amount of product goes a long way. The 10-in-1 spray is great for hydrating your dry hair. Or even to add a little shine to styled hair. The pump spray offers a nice wide pattern and covers a large area.
I was happy with these products and thankful to bzzagent for selecting me to test them.
where to buy
You can learn all about the products directly from Garnier’s product page.

I also found the collection on Amazon. They have a larger size shampoo and conditioner as well as the 10-in-1 spray.
