Back in January, I had a new Cetaphil sample arrive in my Sampler box. It seemed to be a newer product. It was Healthy Renew night cream.
The product
The Cetaphil Healthy Renew Cream came in a sample-size tube.
The cream is applied to the face at night after your skincare steps of cleansing and serum. It can be applied to the face neck and chest.
The cream is a white shade and a tad on the thicker side.
Ingredients (source Cetaphil)

Putting the cream to the test
I tried the cream the first day it arrived. I will admit it was a bit thick and didn’t seem to hydrate as well. I chalked it up to it being a new product and possible product settling during shipping. I’ve used it for a few nights in a row now. Being that it’s a sample tube I try not to apply too much. Since it’s a thicker cream it applies to the skin well.
I liked that it didn’t leave my face feeling greasy or oily. I did have a light sheen to my skin after application.
. I applied it to clean skin alone. I wanted to see how my skin reacted to it. There was no redness or any other adverse reactions.
This morning when i woke up my skin felt hydrated and smooth. I didn’t have any dry patches and my wrinkles seem soother. The cream doesn’t have a scent.

Final thoughts and Where to buy
Final thoughts
Overall the Cetaphil Healthy Renew cream does a good job of hydrating dry skin. I liked that I didn’t have any adverse reactions or acne. It left a layer on the skin but it didn’t feel oily or greasy. It absorbed well too. The cream consistency is a bit thick but that means you can use less product.
As with any skincare product consistency is key. So I would say use it a few nights in a row to see how it works for you.
Where to buy
