7-8 oz Hot Chocolate
¾ oz @johnniewalker Blended Scotch
¼ oz @ardbeg_usa Islay Scotch
¼ oz @monkey47_dry_gin Montenegro Amaro

Pour your favorite hot chocolate into a warmed mug and stir in the rest of ingredients. Grate some fresh cinnamon and sprinkle some chocolate over the top. Garnish with a roasted marshmallow and a charred cinnamon stick if you’re feeling crazy. Serve.

Here’s another drink that came out of my Hot Chocolate making. This one takes the great smoky flavor of a good scotch and incorporates them into a hot chocolate. The scotch and amaro bring great notes of baking spices, caramel, and orange peel to the party. It’s actually been crazy warm by me lately, but hey, not going to stop me from enjoying this guy.
