2 oz Hibiki Harmony Japanese whisky

oz shichi-mi tΕgarashi sesame orgeat
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Stir with ice and strain into a masu box over a 2-inch ice cube. Garnish the top of the ice cube with shichi-mi.

14 g toasted white sesame seeds
14 g toasted black sesame seeds
7 g sansho pepper
7 g coriander seeds
5 g fresh ground ginger
1 g sea salt
2 g crushed red chili pepper
20 ml Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao
207 ml water
195 g sugar

Blend sesame, sansho, coriander, ginger and salt with sugar and water for 30 seconds. Heat in a pot and add pepper flakes; stirring until you can taste the spiciness. Strain, cool and add curacao.
