DISH #Network has agreed to #pay $2.7 #million #settle a #classaction #lawsuit over allegations it #failed to provide #Fox #Sport Net (FSN) or #FX #programming to #subscribers whose packages should have included this programming between Oct. 1, 2010 and Oct. 29, 2010.β

A lawsuit alleged DISH breached its #contract with its subscribers by failing to provide a monetary credit to subscribers equal to the #value of the FSN and/or FX programming that was not provided in October 2010.β

#Current and #former DISH Network subscribers must file a claim by April 23, 2018 to get #cash or a DISH #credit from this settlement.β
