This Windsor #Windows class action settlement resolves claims brought by 15 named plaintiffs in several different class action #lawsuits. The plaintiffs say they #purchased windows from the defendants’ #Pinnacle and #Legend product lines that were defectively made.

The #defects allegedly led to #water #damage in the windows themselves and the structures in which the windows were #installed.

Class Members may receive a window sash #replacement, a #cash #payment to #compensate for damage to a window frame, up to $2,500 to compensate for “Additional Damage” (damage to the structure adjacent to the window), and reimbursement for prior #repairs.
