I would like to start off by saying that I was sent this item for free by the manufacture in exchange for my honest opinion. I opened the bottle last night and took a capsule as directed. I can say that I didn’t have any adverse reactions or side effects. I did find that it was easy to swallow. since I have only taken one capsule I can’t hold it’s claims to be true but I did notice that it did help me feel better. I have been feeling a little under the weather for the last few days and I did notice a bit of a difference. I also felt more relaxed and less uptight. The thing I did like was the size of the capsule. For people who don’t like the taste of Turmeric is a great alternative. I think if I take it for a longer period of time I will find that the product will improve my health or at least help me maintain it better.
