The blue of this #drink
@Regranned from @scienceofdrink – There are at least two excuses of this provocative cocktail presence in my feed. The one it was created by Dick Bradsell (one of pillars of modern Cocktail Renaissance) and the other it is my personal, this cocktail recalls a lot very warm thing about such a great place as Santorini.
Bikini Martini
50 ml gin
8 ml peach schnapps or liqueur
20 ml blue curacao
15 ml fresh lemon juice
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with a lot of ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange zest.
