Iβd never heard of Sole Patches until I came across a review posting via Brandbaker. I applied thinking why not. I have a few pairs of shoes i donβt wear often because they hurt my feet. I donβt wear heels much because this fact.Β
Well they arrived in the mail yesterday. I was over joyed to see what they looked like. They are made of a high density foam. It reminds me similar to the foam sheets used for crafting. They are very comfortable to the touch and can be adhered to your foot or your shoe.
I tried them today in a pair of heels i own. I tried my right shoe with the sole patch adhered to my the ball of my foot. I tried my left shoe with the sole patch stuck to my shoe.
As you can see they are a nice size and stick well to your foot. they donβt move or shift when you walk. You will need to make sure your feet are dry so the patch sticks properly.Β
I went about my morning today and I found that no matter which way i used the sole patch it did give my feet comfort. I tend to have more discomfort in the ball of my foot when I wear heels but this wasnβt an issue today. It offered a nice cushion to every step I took.Β
If you use the sole patch on the inside of your shoe you may have to adjust it to fit your needs but Β besides that I loved this product.Β
These would be great for any heel wearer. Be it casual or daily use. Itβs a much added comfort to every step you take.Β
