Regrann from @worlddaycalendar – March 11th, 2018Β is:
?Daylight Saving Time Begins
Check Your Batteries Day
Dream Day
Johnny Appleseed Day
Mothering Sunday
National Eat Your Noodles Day
National Promposal Day
Oatmeal Nut Waffles Day
World Day of Muslim Culture, Peace, Dialogue and Film
World Plumbing Day
Worship of Tools Day
βœ”οΈMost of the United States begins Daylight Saving Time (DST) at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 11th and ends at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 4th. So if you’re in the mainland U.S., be sure to set your clocks ahead by 1 hour. ???
‡️
In the U.S., it’s the 100 year anniversary of the use of DST–it was created to make better use of sunlight during the summer months. The downside is the loss of 1 hour of sleep.
‡️
Is there Daylight Saving Time where you live?
