30ml bourbon whiskey
30ml sweet vermouth
30ml Campari (infused with cacao as per @coqtale usually, a non Plus, would have plain Campari)
Orange peel for garnish.
Fill glass with ice. Add ingredients and stir. Then garnish. Then after marvelling at the wonders of your creation, drink!
