HI all I have a question/ Suggestion I need help with.
I am going to review an emergency hammer with a seat belt cutter this week. The review is no problem. the problem I have is wanting to see how effect the product is. I have no issue getting a hold of glass to test the hammer’s ability to break a window. I do however have an issue trying to figure out what product to use to test out the seat belt cutters effectiveness.

Any suggestion on what I could use to simulate a seat belt would be greatly appreciated.
