I found a lot of makeup products I loved this year. I’m also including a few nail products I’ve liked as well.
Eyeliner
I found this eye liner to be long lasting and pretty. I liked that it was easy to apply and stayed in place. The color range is nice as well. I was sent another color recently in a purchase I made. I’ll share more about it after the new year.
Eyeshadows
I bought my fair share of liquid shadows this year. Some were also gifts for review as well. Here’s the one’s i loved the best.
This Pur Cosmetics eye polish is unique you can use it as a top coat over matte shadow or mix it up. I used it as a base code recently. It stayed in place and didn’t have much fall off if any at all. I wore it in a warm environment and found it held up well. I’ll share more about this in the new year.
These are very nice but I will admit there is a fair amount of glitter fall off. They are nice for a shimmery look or now for the holidays. I was sent 3 out of the 5 earlier this year.
BH Cosmetics Eyelights don’t disappoint. I found that they held up better then the PUR Cosmetics Quick Pro glitters. They offer a nice shimmer and shine to any eye look. They are sold in a variety of colors. The two pictured above are Gnarly (greenish shade) Chill Pill is the second shade (blueish) They offer a great dimensional pop of color to any look.
Mascara
I was very surprised by this product. The application wand is large so it grabs your lashes while coating them. I found that with one coat my lashes looked volumized. I’ll have a more indepth post after new year. I also liked that it was easy to remove.
Lipsticks
I ventured into liquid lipsticks this year as well as the usual tube kind. Here’s some of the ones I loved.
Liquid LIppies

The shade I purchased isn’t available but they are long lasting and stayed on all day. Granted it smudged while eating and drinking it still held up well.
This liquid lipstick is vegan and cruelty free. It’s also a matte formula. It’s hydrating and long lasting. The kit also includes a lip liner as well.
Tube lipsticks
I picked this set up as a Sephora Birthday gift. I also purchased the Gemini lipstick they released this year. The formula is creamy and non-drying. I also found that the shades blend well with other lipsticks as well.
I ordered a MAC mystery bag earlier this year and it included a number of lipsticks in a variety of shades. You can check out the video here  Overall i was surprised at how creamy the formula was. It didn’t dry out my lips like regular Matte lipsticks can. I will admit wear time wasn’t what I expected. it did need a touch-up but nothing too bad. The variety of shades is very large as well if you order via MAC’s website.
