I happened to come across this set a few years ago when I was shopping at my local Marshalls. I thought it was a good buy because it offered all the brushes I needed along with an eyelash/eyebrow comb (i forgot to include it in the picture) I think I picked up the set for less than $10 so I was very happy.Â
After I opened the package I was surprised by the quality of the brushes. They were very soft, pliable and well made. I haven’t lost a bristle yet even after numerous washings. They are very easy to clean. I like to wash them with Castile soap and lukewarm water. I squeeze any excess water out of them then lay them out to dry on a paper towelÂ
They wash well. Depending on the makeup you use or the color the bristles might have some staining over time but that’s not really a big deal.Â
The handles are made of bamboo and labeled which I loved. They are easy to hold and make makeup application a breeze.
