I was able to request a sample of this product thanks to Persil. Well I had tried the laundry detergent and discs in the past. I liked both products. I was interested in trying this new Oxi power disc to see what the difference was.

The product
Persil Pro clean discs Oxi power is stated to offer deep clean, long-lasting freshness and fabric care (that’s what’s stated on the sample packet.) They also have Oxi power technology of course. The disc I was sent was in a sample package.

According to the package, you add the discs to the washer before adding your clothing. These can be used in both a traditional washer and a HE washer. Depending on your washing needs you may need to use more than one disc. But an average load can use one disc unless you feel you need to use two. You can use up to three discs for a heavily solid load of laundry.
As with any type of product such as this one they need to be kept out of the reach of small children or pets.

Overall the discs are nice because they save the hassle of measuring liquid detergent. They also cut down on having to lug a bottle of detergent home from the store. These are sold in a tub. so it makes for easy storage.
User experience
I used the Oxi power disc this week. It worked well. Like with the previous products from Persil they left my clothing clean. The disc dissolved evenly in the washer and didn’t leave any residue on my clothing.
The overall scent is fresh with a hint of citrus. That’s my take on it. The scent is noticeable but it’s not so overwhelming that you can smell it for hours. However everyone’s results may vary.
I didn’t notice that my clothing was faded or that it had any other issues. In terms of cleaning power it seemed that it did the job well. I felt it left a light scent on my sheets but it wasn’t anything out of the ordinary. My clothing looked and smelled clean as well.
I like that the discs are easy to use and save space.
Final thoughts
I will be buying these in the future. I like that the discs make washing quick. No more having to measure laundry detergent. The Persil pro clean discs Oxi power is sold in a variety of count options.
