I was selected to review this product on behalf of Home Tester Club. The product works well. I will admit mine was damaged during shipping so one of the connectors was bent. Even with that, I was able to connect it to a tv. The box includes the following (source Walmart.com) Indoor/Outdoor Antenna Amplifier, 1 AC adapter, 1 Power insert, 2 Waterproof cases, 1 Quick Start Guide, 1 Warranty card You connect the power insert to the tv then you attach the antenna wire to one side another coax cable to the other (this is not included) Then you attach the power cord to the power insert. Following that you can scan your tv. The signal strength may vary by your attached antenna and possibly the location I was able to add about 57 channels to a TV I have. This wasn’t great but it was better then what it was with a flimsy indoor antenna. The amplifier retails for around $20 USD ($19.88 to be exact) USD. It can be found at Walmart.
