The opinion expressed is my own. i was able to purchase this product at a discount.Â
When I came across this
Oak Leaf Automatic Travel
umbrella listed on Tomoson.com I thought I’d apply. Even thought I live in Southern California it seems like I
never have an umbrella when I need one. When I arrived yesterday I went about my normal routine when it comes to a new product I receive to review. Since this was the first umbrella I have reviewed I was pretty thorough.Â
The one thing I noticed right off the bat was the size. It’s about 12 inches collapsed. I also loved the colorful sleeve it comes packed in. Thanks to it’s compact design it’s good for travel or to keep in the car or at the office.Â
The handle has a nice size wrist strap and a push button open. The push button is easy to operate and is large enough to use if you have other items in your hand along with your umbrella.
The handle itself is a nice size and has a good weight to it. Once you push the button the umbrella pops open. Reveling a sturdy aluminum pole. The push button also closes to umbrellaÂ
The canopy design is very vibrant and vivid. I loved the overall floral design. It sort of breaks up the monotony of a basic black umbrella, The material is a high quality nylon or similar water repelling material. The main focal point of course is the flower. Â The canopy is a standard size. it gives you enough room on either side to shield you from rain. It is light weight and durable.Â
The aluminum pole and the canopy are connected with a plastic cap. The underside is as durable as the topside.
The ribs of the umbrella are another story. They are slim but they seem very durable. They are attached to the umbrella with a set of flexible metal supports which I assume are also aluminum and secured threat and a sleeve support. I would guess that this umbrella would hold up well in a high wind condition (in my opinion anyway). each rib is also cap at the end with a metal clamp and a ball. the ribs also have a strong  criss-cross pattern which offers more support in heavy rain or a windy situation Â
To close the umbrella you just push the open button again. It snaps closed quickly. Once it’s closed all you have to do is pull the pole support down towards the handle until you heat it snap into place.
Since the umbrella collapses into an M shape it used the thinner wire ribs to support the heavier ones.
It collapses into a very easy to store design. It is also easy to shake. This umbrella also comes in two other colors Pink, and Red. So you’d like more information about this umbrella please visit the link below.
