My Favorites of 2020: Home items

I thought I’d share some more of my favorite products of 2020. I’ve tried a number of products this year that I found very useful.

Bath accessories

I tried a few bath items this year. I liked them all.

Bath mat

Thanks to Try It Sampling I was able to try a few bath items this year.

I like this Liz Claiborne baht mat. I’m not a big fan of gray but it works great for photos.

Mirror

I was also able to try out this Glass warehouse mirror as well. It’s a bit big so I’ve been using it for when I take photos. It can be hung in a bathroom, bedroom or hallway.

I found it’s sold at Home Depot.

Tubshroom

I found this tubshroom to be very helpful. It does what it claims it will. I like that it’s easy to clean and reasonably priced.

Kitchen accessories

coffee maker

I was able to try a newer version of the Ninja Coffee Brewer. You can see the previous model video below.

The models are very similar the only difference i saw was the color pattern and the newer model is more compact in its design.

lighting

I was lucky enough to try a few light sets this year. two were from Try It sampling and the other was from Home Tester Club. Both Monster Lighting sets are unique and fun mood or accent lighting.

Monster 3D digit lights

I loved these lights. They have a magnetic backing and also include some 3M adhesive strips. So far they are staying put very well even in the cooler weather. They can be connected to a smartphone along with the Monster app to add extra colors or light patterns. They are sold in a set of 3 with a 2 pack add on set. You can view my video review below for full details. You can also attach them together to create words or designs.

Monster Strip lights

These were from Home Tester Club. They are a nice set and this was 16.4 ft. The lights can be trimmed to fit your design space. The strip is flexible and can be attached to a surface thanks to the 3M adhesive backing. They also include a small remote that controls the speed, color, and mode of the lights. According to the instructions, you can also connect it to another remote.

TV

Okay the best thing I tested this year was an Android TV. This 43 inch Phillips TV is still working well and is easy to use. I like that it connected to my WIFI quickly. It includes a remote that has a standard number key pad and popular streaming service buttons.

I found that if you connect the TV to Amazon Prime you need to add it to your amazon account. But the TV gives you a code to do so.
