My dad had this call on his cell phone earlier today. Just a reminder the US government will not call to tell you that you are being investigated for any crime. They usually will visit you in person either at home or at your workplace like usually don’t press any numbers or call the number back. You can hand up or delete the message.
From my internet search, the area code is listed a Pennsylvania but I found that the number may be linked to one based out of Union City New Jersy. You will have to do that research on your own.
