When I came across the promo listing for this product via tomoson.com I figured I’d apply. I’d never used magnesium oil before. I knew magnesium was helpful for aching muscles and helped aid in sleeping better. So when I was approved I was over joyed. I was able to purchase this product at a discounted price for leaving my review.

Well I’ve been trying the product for a few days now. I found that it really helped with my leg cramps or tight calves. I also found that it helped me with my arm cramps. The product is very easy to use. You just spray it on your skin. Skin2Spirit the manufacture suggest you spray the product on your arms and legs twice daily. They also suggest you don’t apply it to freshly shaved skin.

Okay I have to admit I learned the hard way not to do this. I applied it to my legs yesterday afternoon and found out why you shouldn’t apply this product to freshly or recently shaved skin. It burned a bit. Granted it had been nearly 12 hours since I’d shaved my legs but it still burned a bit. I lived through it (Ha ha) and went about my evening.

This product has magnesium, organic aloe vera gel and trace minerals. When you first apply the product you will feel a tingling sensation. It will fade after a few minutes. You can leave the product on the skin or rinse it off after 20 minutes. Personally I left it on my skin. I loved the way the oil absorbed quickly and left my skin feeling silky.  The spray is clear. Here’s a photo i took after i sprayed it on my arm.  As you can see it looks like water.

I did find that the magnesium oil helped me sleep better. It helped me relax. I can’t attest to this being true for every one just myself. All in all it is a great product. I will keep using it to help my sore muscles. You can also apply it to the soles of your feet as well. I haven’t tired that yet.
