Being that I request a number of samples. Sometimes they pile up. This being said I may not always have time to use them after they arrive. This was the case with the KUJU coffee that I tried this morning. I’d been shuffling the packet around the kitchen since June.

I had to look up to see where I’d even gotten the sample from and I found my Instagram post from June.

Overall the the coffee packet was easy to use. Sorry for not adding pictures but I didn’t think about it this morning. I liked that the coffee was smooth and robust. The product is a pour over coffee. This would be perfect for someone who only wants a single cup of coffee. It also eliminates the hassle of having to make a pot of coffee for one.

The blend I was sent is named Basecamp blend. It’s a dark roast. The instant I opened the packet I was met by the dark chocolate-y flavor. It also had a hint of nut notes as well.

The coffee in the filter bag is a nice amount. You boil your water and pour it over the open filter bag. The amount of coffee was perfect for a nice robust flavor packed up of coffee. I didn’t have any heartburn or acid reflux after this cup of coffee. I usually don’t but as we know some coffees may be a bit bitter or have an aftertaste to them.

This would be a great fit for a coffee lover or for an office kitchen. It would also be an ideal thing to take when camping or even for an emergency kit. Thanks again to KUJU coffee and Sampler for this great sample.
