When I saw a battery organizer with a built in tester featured on Tomoson.com for review I applied. I thought it would be a good idea since I always have batteries rolling around loose in drawers. I don’t know about you but I always hate it when I can’t find a pair of the same batteries when I need them. The battery organizer arrived today so i put it to work. According to the box the holds up to 72 batters. 8 D , 10 C, 26 AA and 10 AAA batteries. It also holds 6 CR- button and 3 AG13 Button batteries It also test 9 volt batteries.
The tester itself is located at the top left hand corner of the organizer. it has a top latch and a push lever for the base of the battery. It also offers a easy to read lighted system. The colors range from green for good to red for replace. Yellow signals the batteries are week. You test all larger batteries using is feature. For button batteries you place the button battery in the center testing senor for the reading. For the 9 volt batteries you can remove the tester section by sliding it upward and touch the points to the side of the tester for a reading.
The product is a bit on the larger size but it did come with 3 screws and anchors for wall mounting. I think if you have space in a larger sized drawer it would fit well. The dimensions are 12 inches long by 6 ½ inches wide. So if you are looking for a battery organizer with a built in tester I highly suggest you look into this one.
