I would like to thank Tomoson.com and Kichin for allowing me to review this product.
If your anything like me you can never have enough cutting boards. I can say so far this cutting board lives up to its claim. It is very durable and flexible. It offers a steady cutting surface when chopping food. I love this because to be honest I’m accident prone so this works great for me. The board itself seems to be made of a silicone or flexible polymer material. I did noticed that straight out of the package the board didn’t have any strange odor or powdery finish. I washed it with warm soapy water and it was ready to use.
Surprisingly I saw the manufacture noted that the cutting board is diswasher safe, microwave safe, and even freezer safe.
I used it to cut a tomato and some onion today.I found it offered a steady cutting area with out having any slipping or shifting when cutting food. I also liked it’s wide surface area which will be great when cutting larger food such as chicken, meats, or fish. When cutting the tomato I noticed that it didn’t slip around while I was slicing it nor did the onion.
Surrounding the edge of the cutting board is a groove that will catch any excess juices. There is also a carrying handle. The board is a great size for chopping any food. I love the versatility of it. This would be great to take on a picnic, bbq or any outdoor event. It is suggested by Kichin that the board be stored lying flat such as in a drawer or in a cabinet. If you are looking for a flexible cutting board give this one a try. Visit the link below to learn more.
