Blue Hawaiian

Just fill a shaker with 1oz of blue curaçao, 1oz of light rum, 2oz of pineapple juice, 1oz of cream coconut, ice and shake. Strain over ice in a highball glass and garnish with a candied or Maraschino cherry and some pineapple.
