The opinion expressed is my own. I was sent this product by Influenster for test purposes.

This the first cool mist humidifier or any humidifier I have ever tested. I can say this much it is quiet and very efficient. I have been using it off and on since Nov. 11th. I was very excited to see that I had been chosen for the Honeywell Vox Box via Influenster. I waited eagerly for it to be delivered. Once it arrived I wanted to try it out first thing.

Well yesterday I got my chance. It was very easy to set up and easy to use. It is set up for you right out of the box. Once you take it out of the box you see it is a decent size.

Honeywell suggest you use it on a water resistant surface. I happped to find a small table that has a tile top that it fit perfectly one. The humidifier is two parts essentially. It has the tank and the filter with a fan section. They are both removable and easy to access.

The Front offers these very easy to turn knob that has the off, high, and low settings. As you can see the knob has an indicator light to sow when the power is on.

Once I got it out of the box and set it on the table I then went about getting it ready to use. The Tank is separate as is the filter section. You can remove them both.

The lid has a built in fan that helps circulate the air over the filter offering the cool mist effect.

When it’s upside down you see the fan a little clearer.

You have to  moisten the filter that comes with the humidifier prior to using it the first time. This is easy to do all you do is remove the lid.

The filter is easy to set up after you moisten it fully you replace it back in it’s holder and cover it up with the lid again.

The tank is easy to remove because it has a handle cut into it and also has a secure bottom thanks to it’s screw on lid.

The screw on lid has a plunger with a spring that allows water to drain into the catch saucer that filters towards the filter before becoming mist.

Thanks to the design the water reservoir is very easy to fill and it stays filled for quite some time if you use the low setting. So far I used it all day yesterday until about 11 pm and most of today. The water level is a little less then half of the reservoir tank.

I did love how quiet it was. It’s a low hum on the low setting and a little like an oscillating fan on the high setting. Click here to see my full video review.

All in all I think it has made a bit of a difference because my room doesn’t seem as dry as it has been. I think it will take a little more testing to be sure but so far I really like it.
