Being that it’s October I thought I’d share a few craft ideas that are quick and pretty easy.
Everyone’s craft ideas are different but I found a few that might interest some of you. You can always adjust any materials used to fit your own needs.
make a mask
You can use anything to make a mask card stock paper, foam cutouts, cardboard, etc.
I made some using paper a few years ago. The post also offers the link to the site where I sourced the designs.
You can also find precut foam mask shapes at crafts stores or even the dollar tree. Or you can make a mask out of a paper plate. Your ideas can be endless.
Make a Halloween sign
This one is pretty easy you can make this out of any materials you like. You can even decorate it with any extra materials. I used some foam pumpkins I found from the dollar tree.
You can make a paper banner or use cardboard.
make ghosts
This is also a simple one. I remember making them out of tissue paper or even tissues in school. All you need is tissue paper a marker and string to tie them.
You can also use a plastic bag too.
I’ve seen other types of materials used such as water or milk or even juice jugs. You add a face to a cleaned jug and add water. If the jug isn’t white you can add a thin layer of paint to it. Then add a light behind it.
You can also make a ghost banner out of construction paper and string.
decorate bags
You can decorate treat bags. If you have kids and they are having a class part or even to share with friends. All you need is a paper bag and some markers, crayons or colored pencils. You can embellish them any way you like.
If you have a small cloth tote bag you can also create a fun Halloween treat bag. You can use fabric pens or markers. Or even use other types other materials such as glue, felt, or any other embellishments.
make a banner
This is one that’s pretty simple and straightforward. All you need is tape, string, and construction paper. If you have a decorative hole puncher or foam shapes and letters that may be fun.
you can make it horizontal or vertical. it’s up to you.
make a monster
All you need for this craft is an empty tissue box. You can use construction paper to cover the boxes design or color it whichever one is easiest.
You can add googly eyes or other types of decorations.
No matter what type of Halloween craft you choose to make the possibilities are endless.
