I was sent a set of 4 flexible cutting mats from Perennial essentials thanks to Giveawayservice.com. I found them easy to use and love the color coding system. I love the cutting surface it doesn’t slip when you slice food. I found that I could slice a large tomato and still have room left over I didn’t notice any staining on the cutting mat after I sliced my tomato. I also didn’t notice any deep gouges or slices from my cutting action. It is flexible enough to bend so you can place your food into a bowl, pot, or even a pan. Each mat has a hole in the top corner so you can hang them for easy storage. They are flat enough to fit in a drawer or stand in a cabinet.
