Well back in May, I shared about the Sunroi Ceramide Ointment Cream product I was selected to review thanks to 08 Liter and the brand. you can read my first impressions review below.
Product Overview
The product is a thicker medical formula grade cream. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave your face feeling greasy or tacky. You can check out my video review below to see more of the product.
From what I could gather doing research on the Sunroi Ceramide Ointment Cream. It is stated to help with wrinkle reduction and whiten your skin. For me that means it helps repair your skin (That’s my take on the wording). I liked that the cream clings to your skin so it adds a layer of protection.
User experience
I used it morning and night for a short time. Then I switched to using it in the morning only. I found that you can apply it to a damp or dry face. I think I liked applying it to a damp face best. It seemed to keep my skin hydrated longer.
Overall I found that like with most products my skin took a few days to adjust to it. I liked that i didn’t have any adverse reactions with any of my other current skincare products. I found that the Sunroi Ceramide Ointment Cream kept my face hydrated for many hours. You can reapply as needed. I found that it made a major difference in treating my dry skin.
Sunroi Ceramide Ointment Cream doesn’t have any real scent to it so you don’t have to worry about skin irritation. You can always spot test a section on your arm to make sure you won’t have any skin interactions with any of your existing skincare products. I found a small amount goes a long way. I liked that once you rubbed it into your skin it absorbs quickly. You don’t have any white streaks or white patches.
Final Thoughts
I have just a small amount of the Sunroi Ceramide Ointment Cream left I should finish it off in no time. I can say for the current price of $29.99 (USD) isn’t too outrageous. I can say I don’t know if i’ll purchase another tube right now. But I would be willing to in the future.
As far as the whitening of my skin I didn’t see a big difference. I was keeping an eye on some old sun spots or acne spots that I have. I noticed some fading but nothing too significant. All in all I did enjoy the product. I liked how easy it was to add to my general skincare routine. I also liked that it didn’t clog my pores either. The quick absorption is also a winner.
