Last night I finished up my sample of Tom’s of Maine Orange Blossom body wash. For the life of me, I thought I had shared a previous post but I can’t seem to find it. That’s neither here nor there just a general ramble.

Anyway, I did like the product very much. It was creamy and did pack a bit of an orange blossom scent.

I originally shared a post via Instagram back in May of this year

I was sent a complimentary sample on behalf of Tom’s of Maine community

Product Overview

The product itself is very creamy. The body wash is a cream color. My sample was a bit thinner then I was used to in a body wash. But I figured that may have had to do with temp changes during shipping. When I first opened the bottle it did have a very strong orange blossom scent. It faded as I used the product.

The product has an orange blossom scent as I mentioned. It also has Moroccan argan oil.. The bottle also states it’s free of parabens, sulfates, and artificial ingredients

as you can see the body wash is a cream color

User Experience

When I first used the product I did think it was a bit overwhelming due to the orange blossom scent. But as I slathered it onto my body the scent began to fade. I liked that the body wash wasn’t sticky or oily feeling. It didn’t leave an odd film on my skin after rinsing either. I found that the argan oil did leave a protective barrier that helped hold in the moisture.

I will say that this body wash doesn’t froth or foam up like most body wash products do. So it may be a bit of a change for some users. It does lather but it’s not super sudsy. I applied it with my hand, a shower pouf and even a back brush to see what the difference was. The results were about the same. The lather was subtle.

I will admit like with most body care products I used this intermittently with other products tha I already had in the shower. I can say that it did work well even during the hot summer months. My skin felt hydrated and soft. To my surprise when I went out the orange blossom scent didn’t attract any bugs.

Final Thoughts

Overall I was very happy with this complimentary product. It left my skin feeling soft and supple. I didn’t have any feeling of tightness or excessive dryness. I also liked that I didn’t have any adverse reactions to the product. The orange blossom scent may take some getting used too if your not big on floral body washes.

I also liked that it was a long-lasting product. Even with intermittent uses, I managed to get a few months usage out of this bottle. All I can say is a big Thank You to Tom’s of Maine for this great product.

This body wash is sold in a few different at various retailers and in two sizes a 12 oz and a 16 oz bottle. There is also coconut and lavender body wash as well. You can visit the links in the post or click on the images to learn more.
