This Excalibur Dehydrator arrived today. This dehydrator has two drying zones. The 10 tray is a large size and can dry a variety of foods, use it for crafts etc. Once we try it out I’ll fill you guys in on more. I will admit it is a bit of a splurge item but my mom figured she will get a lot of use out of it in the long run.Â
