~ muddle ~
1.5 Shots Golden Rum
0.5 Shots Chambord
0.5 Shots Pineapple Liqueur
1 Shot Sour Mix
~ stir ~
Dash grenadine

Add ice and stir lightly. Finish with Angostura bitters. Garnish with a generous pineapple wedge and two leaves. Serve with a straw!
