1 Shot Sour Mix
0.5 Shots Chilli Infused Syrup
1 Egg White

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a Rocks glass over fresh ice. Add Orange Bitters and grated orange. Finally garnish with a lime wedge and a chilli!
