@Regrann from @artofdrinks – Pine-Apple Potion

1 1/2oz Pineapple rum (Plantation Stiggins’ Fancy)
1/2oz White rum (Plantation 3 Stars)
1/2oz Dry Curacao (Ferrand)
1 1/2oz Fresh pineapple juice
1/2oz Fresh apple juice
1/4oz Lemon juice
1/4oz Pineapple gum syrup (Liber & Co.)
3 dsh Peychauds bitters
4 mint leaves

Muddle syrup and mint leaves lightly in shaker, add remaining ingredients. Add ice, shake until sufficiently chilled. Double strain over crushed ice filled Collins glass. Garnish w pineapple chunks and mint sprigs.
