Well, I’m back to share more of my discount store shopping tips. Let’s get to today’s topic.
Once again selection, pricing, and products may vary if in-store or online.
Bedding
I like to browse the bedding section at all discount stores. I always tend to find something. I will admit you may want to check the quality of the product if possible. Like with cookware, it may be overstock or it may be a discontinued or past season pattern or design.
Comforter sets (Bed in a bag)
I like to buy comforters at discount stores because nine times out of ten they will last me a long time. I can also find a bed in a bag. This is usually the comforter and shams all in one. The most recent set I bought also included two pillows and euro shams. If you don’t know what those are you can see an example hereÂ
Here’s an example of my most recent comforter purchase. It’s been close ot a year now and the comforter has held up pretty well.
I picked this up at my local Burlington Coat Factory.
Sheets
One of my favorite places t buy sheets is at Target. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad sheet set from there. Again prices may vary depending on the time of year but you may luck out and find a good sale online. I’ve also noticed that if you catch certain sheet sets as they are added to the store stock such as Flannel ones they are cheaper. But again this may vary from store to store.

Pillows
Pillows are another thing we use often. I like to purchase these at discount stores because sometimes depending on where you shop you can a set of pillows for one price. Again you may want to check the quality to see if they fit your needs. What I mean by this is firmness and material that is used in the pillow. So far I’ve been happy with all of the pillows I’ve purchased at a discount store.
I find Burlington has a varied selection in store as opposed to online
