After 8 months i recently was sent a reply to a question about missing parts for a product I have. Well, I finally was sent the missing parts. They arrived over the weekend. I had completely forgotten about the original request.
My question to all of you is
How long has it ever taken you to have a customer service reply to a question you’ve asked? Either by email or phone.
