The opinion expressed is my own and individual results may vary. I was sent this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.
Honestly I had never really seen a need for a milk frother until I saw the posting via Tomoson. I had never really been one for expensive coffee or any type of fancy coffee presentation. When the Coffee Trick Frother arrived I was still a little unsure of how much I would use. Well this morning I put it to the test. To be fair I now know it will come in handy and I had fun using it. The Coffee Trick is made of durable food grade metal with a whisk end.Β
Once I removed it from itβs box it was pretty straight forward. I came with a basic instruction form and the Milk Frother. It runs on 2 AA batteries which are not included in the box. To insert the batteries all you have to do is slide the bottom plate off. To replace the plate you slide it back on.
Once battery cap is replaced you are all set to use the Coffee Trick. The manufacture recommends you wash it prior to the first use. To wash the wire whisk end you need to place it in soapy water and turn it on. Let it spin for a few seconds to a minute and rinse it. After drying it you can put it to work. I happened to use mine this morning to give my coffee a touch of coffee house look.Β
The Β frother has 3 speeds Off, High and Low. After placing my milk in my coffee mug I set the whisk in the mug. Then I turned it on. You will have to be careful.if the mug is too shallow or if there is too much milk in the mug you will have Β a mess on your hands. I had it happen so just a fair warning. I used both speed high and low and found that they offer similar results. High does give you a faster frother however. Surprisingly the Coffee Trick isnβt trying on the hands since it is battery operated it doesnβt weigh much.Β
On a side note I also found this useful for making powdered tea. I have powdered Matcha Green tea that I reviewed months ago. Well now with the Coffee Trick I can break up any clumps the powder may have and have a nice smooth hot or cold tea.Β
So in conclusion, Coffee Trick would be a great addition to any kitchen be it to use for coffee, tea, hot chocolate or any powdered drink mixes. It is easy to operate and store. With proper care it should last you years. Since it is battery operated I would suggest you purchase ion batteries if you will be using it daily to save some money.
