I was sent a complimentary sample of Botanics Restoring Overnight Facial Oil on behalf of Bzzagent a few weeks ago. The oil is very lightweight and absorbs well into the skin. It also has a very calming scent of lavender.

User experience
I’ve used the oil a few times now. i liked the calming scent. I did feel that it soothed my mood before bed. I used it alone the first time I tired it. I didn’t have any adverse reactions or irritation. I found it may take a few applications before you know how many drops you need to fit your skincare needs.
Once I saw that there wasn’t any adverse reactions I added my usual nighttime skincare products. I didn’t have any issues. I didn’t feel the oil separated my moisturizer or left my face feeling too oily.
I liked that the oil absorb quickly and it didn’t seem to leave a oily or greasy layer on my skin. Since i have dry skin I felt it helped seal in the moisture of my skin.
Final thoughts
Overall I loved the Botanics Restoring Overnight Facial Oil. It was light and very soothing thanks to it’s scent blend. I also liked that it absorbed quickly into the skin. As I mentioned I didn’t noticed any interactions with my existing skincare either.
As far as the price goes I was able to find it listed from $15 to $18 USD. It is sold via a few retailers so pricing may vary. The bottle size is 0.84 Fl oz. Again you will need to store it away from direct sunlight.
