If your a pet owner like I am you’ve had a situation where you go to put something on and you have pet hair on it. It’s very common for us to carry our pets around (if they are small) or have your pet cuddle with you. That’s the case for me with Sophie.
Well, recently I was selected to test a new (or newer ) Scotch Brite lint roller. I’ve shared about some of these products in the past. I love them and they work well.
Here’s one of my earlier video posts
Product overview
This is the Soctch Brite 50% sticker lint roller just in a larger size. Overall the product design is very nice. It has a sturdy handle and you can use it on most if not all surfaces. It’s not to heavy and has a hanging hook notch fo you can hang it.
You can use it to pick up lint, pet hair, crumbs and other debris. You can use it on clothing, furnture and other surfaces.
The link roller has tearoff sheets so it’s easy to clean. You can also buy refills as well.
User Experinece
The lint roller is stated to be 50% sticker it may take a moment to unroll the cover sheet. You can tear it quickly and start on your job.
Since I had to test the product out I figured I’d use it to clean the back of a small blanket i use on my bed. Since Sophie has a few places she likes to nap she leaves hair everywhere. She’s been hiding under the blanket on colder days too. So I figured this would be a great test for the lint roller.
The blanket back was covered in Sophie fluff as I like to call it. I found that the lint roller glided well over the blanket material. It didn’t seem to catch or tug as it cleaned. You may have to go over a few sections more than once depending on the amount of debris your trying to pick up.
Being that it has a large head the lint roller makes anice wide sweep so you can lift more debris in one pass.
Overall I thought the lint roller did a good job. Once I was done I noticed the back of the blanket looked much cleaner. The lint roller didn’t leave the fabric feeling sticky.
The lint roller sheet tore off clean and was full of cat hair lints and even a few of my own hairs. It did a great job at cleaning.
Final thoughts
All in all I thought this fit my needs well. This would work great for any pet owner. You can use it to clean up an area frequented by your pet. This also seems to work well for just standard link rolling purposes too. Thanks to Scotch Brite and 3M for this reviewing opportunity. The lint roller ranges in price from around $8 to $11 USD. Price may vary by store or seller. You can vist the links in the post or the click the image below to learn more
