Alacris Garden Tea Pary: A refreshing brushing experience

Back in 2018, I was able to purchase two Premium tubes of toothpaste courtesy of 08 Liter USA and ALACRIS. I paid a trial fee of $3.99 which is a great deal. I’ve shared about the Arctic Ocean flavor before. I finally got around to opening the Garden Tea Party flavor.

Arctic Ocean, Garden Tea Party, and Meadow Breeze. Arctic Ocean is a refreshing mint flavor. Garden Tea Party is more citrusy with a hint of chamomile. Meadow Breeze is a herbal mint mix.

The product packaging is also very eye catching and elegant.

My User Experience

As you can see it is also low in fluoride. I’ve been using this product along with a commercial brand toothpaste. I opened the Garden Tea Party product a few days ago. Since the product arrived I’d wondered what the combination of flavors would taste like.

The instant I peeled back the safety seal I could smell the citrus. The info states it has lemon and lime in it. It is a bit thicker then commercial or american toothpaste products. I didn’t mind that at all. It does glide well onto a toothbrush. I’ve also noticed that the color is a standard white. Or maybe a cream color.

I used about a pea size amount maybe a dime size. Since the toothpaste is a bit thick you may have to experiment and see what works best for you. I found that unlike the Acrict Ocean Flavor Garden Tea Party seemed to be a bit more frothy. As I brushed it seemed to be more effervescent. Also as I brushed I picked up the subtle notes of chamomile mixed in with the citrus flavoring. It’s not overwhelming yet it’s comforting and refreshing. It left my mouth feeling clean and very fresh.

First Impression Thoughts

The addition of chamomile gives the toothpaste a unique flavor.
It also gives you a mellowing effect. The lemon lime mix gives the toothpaste a nice flavor boost. Unlike traditional mint toothpastes this one may take some users a bit of getting used too. However, for me it was just what I’m looking for. I felt it left my mouth clean without and odd aftertaste or sugary sweetness.

I like that the ALACRIS products are free of certain chemicals and additives. I also liked that it’s low in fluoride. As for its whitening effect, this may vary from user to user. Since I have dental work I know I may not have blinding white teeth but as long it keeps them clean I’m good with that. I enjoyed that many of the flavorings are derived from natural sources so that’s always a plus as well. Currently ALACRiS PREMIUM TOOTHPASTES retail for around $15 (USD)
