I was able to try a sample of AERIN Wild Geranium perfume recently. I’ve shared about this brand in the past. You can read that post here. Overall I like the brand because the scents are very appealing to the senses. They also work well with my body chemistry.
I think this was a social media feed request. It was an Instagram post I believe.
product overview
The perfume is a floral blend. It has the dominant scent of Wild Geranium but also includes the following scents:
- Hibiscus Palm
- ikat jasmine
- lilac path
- gardenia rattan just to name a few
It also includes amber musk.

I found that a spritz or two goes a long way. Since this is a floral scent it can be a bit powerful when you first apply it. I applied it to my wrists and spritzed my hair. I loved the Wild Geranium scent.
Of course, that’s the first floral note you smell but as it mellows you pick up the other scents too. I found that as it began to settle you notice the jasmine and gardenia scents. You also pick up subtle hints of honeysuckle too.
Wear time is about average. Since this is a bit of a powerful floral scent you notice it begins to fade after about 3 hours. This may vary depending on how much you applied and if you reapply the product during your day.
I didn’t find the scent to be too heavy or too floral. Granted this may vary from user to user and if you like floral scents.
Final thoughts
I liked AERIN WILD GERANIUM because it’s floral and sexy. It also appeals to the senses. It’s a great scent for spring. It’snot too overwhelming or too artificial. The way the scents were layered also appealed to me. As the scent begins to fade you notice the underlying floral notes from the other floral additions.
You can find this product at Sephora and via AERIN’s website. There seems to be a rollerball product and two different size bottles. The price range seems to be around $30 to $180 UDS.
