I had a new direct ship item arrive today. As usual direct ship items are always a mixed batch. Todays was no exception.
From what I can tell after checking Amazon this appears to be

It is also sold in gray. I opened the bag flap to touch the caddy and it seems to feel like its felt or a flannel material.
