@Regrann from @best_cocktail_ – Frozen Chocolate Brandy
Ingredients
1 cup light chocolate ice cream
1 cup light coffee ice cream
¼ cup cold strong brewed coffee
½ cup Kohler Dark Chocolate Brandy (or any other brandy that you have on hand)
2 tablespoons milk
chilled cocktail glasses
whipped cream
ground nutmeg
chocolate shavings
Instructions
Combine ice creams, coffee, brandy and milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into chilled glasses.
Garnish with whipped cream, ground nutmeg, and chocolate shavings.
Serve.
