2 oz Demerara Rum
1 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Demerara syrup
8 mint leaves

Muddle mint leaves and syrup in Collins glass. Add Rum and Lime Juice. Add crushed ice. Swizzle. Add more ice. Top with 4 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
