I was selected to test a free product on behalf of Home Tester Club and the brand. Neutrogena® Hydro Boost Whipped Body Balm is a unique product. I had previously been sold in a tub now it’s being sold in a tube. The body balm is a unique texture. It’s thick yet feels a bit velvety. It has a slight blue tint to it. It is also scented. For me, the product seemed to dry out my skin. I don’t know if this was a result of product separation during shipping. It was delivered on a day that was very hot (over 90 degrees). So I can’t attest to the products hydrating claims. The balm does include hyaluronic acid in it so it does plum the skin.
