2oz @herradurateq Reposado
1oz @lillet1872 Blanc
3/4oz Fresh Citrus
1/2oz Scorched Agave infused with Ancho Chiles
2oz Fresh Watermelon Juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously with ice.

Half rim a double old fashioned class with salt and Ancho Chile powder. Fill glass with FROZEN watermelon cubes.

Double strain cocktail over frozen watermelon cubes and finish with a lime wheel.

Scorched Agave infused with Ancho Chiles – on a stove bring Agave to a simmer until it begins to burn slightly around the edges. Pour over sliced Ancho Chiles (in a mason jar is best) and let sit for at least 24hrs.

Fresh Citrus – 50/50 mixture of fresh squeezed lemon juice and lime juice, strained
