Back in 2018, I shared about the Real Barrier Aqua Soothing Toner. I was selected to review a free product on behalf of 08 Liter USA and the brand. Well, I finally finished the product recently so i thought I’d share my overall impression of it.

Product overview
The toner is very basic and simple to use. You can apply a few drops to a cotton pad before applying it to your face. The toner removes any impurities that your cleanser may not have. I found it refreshing to the face and I also found it soothing. The toner also included a cooling gel packet.

User Experience
Here are some examples of me using the products.
The cooling gel was a unique product. It did give you skin a bit of a tightening effect. I also found that it cooled my skin.
Neither product dried out my skin nor did it cause any adverse reactions. I also didn’t have any redness or burning. These products were a welcomed relief in the summer heat.
Final Thoughts
Overall the Aqua Soothing Toner was a great product. It didn’t have any type of strong scent to it. I liked that the toner didn’t cause any stinging when I applied it the first time. A few drops on a cotton pad did the trick. I didn’t think I needed to over apply the product.
It was refreshing as I mentioned before. I didn’t seem to have any issues with any existing or added skincare products I found I think I like using the toner more during the summer months. It did help keep my face feeling hydrated.
All in all, I enjoyed trying the Real Barrier Aqua Soothing Toner. It fit my needs and was very soothing to the skin. Thanks again to 08L USA and Real Barrier for this complimentary sample product and reviewing opportunity.
