The Garnier SKIN ACTIVE Facial mist is a unique product. It can be used to set your makeup or as a hydrating mist. I tried it both way. To be fully honest I didn’t think it made a big difference in my skin when I used it. As far as a setting spray goes I wasn’t in a warm environment where there was a fear of my makeup running. It didn’t seem to hydrate my skin either. When I used it alone I found that my skin felt dry within a half hour of using it.
