The Product

A few weeks ago there was a sample request available for this product. Well, I opted to try it. I had used Olay products in the past and figured since it was a free sample it couldn’t hurt.

Well, I tried the sample of Olay Regenerist Whip light as air finish I can say that I wasn’t very impressed. Maybe it’s just me or the weather but the moisturizer wasn’t what I expected. It a white medium weight consistency but I felt that the sample had a small amount. Again this may have just been my experience. The moisturizer was a creamy white color. The scent reminded me of shampoo or conditioner. It’s floral with a hint of soapy notes to it. But as I mentioned before maybe this is just my take on the product. I can say it did glide well onto my skin. It absorbed quickly. But I didn’t feel that it really left my face feeling hydrated.

Final Thoughts

I think the sample was worth tiring. I know like with most samples results will vary. I can say that the product did seem high quality. The price point is over $25. So that may be a bit out of someones usual skin care or moisturizer range. Pricing does vary as I’ve noticed when I was doing a quick product search. All in all, I was happy I tried the product.  Again my results may not have been yours. I liked that it didn’t leave my skin feeling greasy or oily which was a plus.
